These wheel-thrown decorative porcelain trees are first thrown on the pottery wheel, then hand carved to add texture. Each little branch was hand cut and bent outward ever so gently. Then I slip trailed snow and icicles onto the branch tips. After bisque firing, they are glazed in a gloss icy blue glaze.. Finally, the entire tree is hand painted with real mother of pearl luster and fired a third and final time. These trees can be lit up for a soft glow through the cutouts. Great for a mantel or table or to add to your holiday decor scenes.
Use LED tea light or LED string lights to light them up!
