This is a one-of-a-kind art sculpture jack-o-lantern. Beautiful translucent porcelain with hand carved and sculpted additions.
This jack is wheel thrown as a trapped air form in porcelain. It was then carved by hand with an intricate and deep textured tree bark look. Each element is individually sculpted or sprigged and applied, from textural fungus, to Ghost Pipes, moss, golden antlers, a dragonfly, frog, and butterflies. Every detail approached with care and thoughtfulness. This jack is glazed in a variety of soft pastel gloss and satin shades from Opals, to Bermuda green, some violets and periwinkles. Finally the sculpture has been hand painted and fired a third time with Mother of Pearl and Gold lusters adding iridescent glimmering shine and bringing it to life.

Your jack-o-lanterns should be kept away from extreme heat or cold to avoid thermal shock. Flameless battery operated tea lights or votives are recommended.
